By accessing or using our Services, including purchasing subscription plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Services Overview
Splitly provides subscription-based access to premium tools and services across trading, streaming, and productivity categories through the following offerings:
Trading Tools:
TradingView: Access to Essential, Plus, and Premium plans via cost-sharing partnerships, as provided by TradingView. Splitly is an independent entity, not affiliated with TradingView, Inc.
FX Replay: Access to backtesting tools through cost-sharing partnerships.
Streaming Services:
Netflix: Premium plans in HD or 4K via cost-sharing partnerships.
Spotify: Premium plans with ad-free music and offline playback, available as individual subscriptions.
YouTube Premium: Ad-free videos and music via cost-sharing partnerships.
Productivity Tools:
Zoom: Premium meeting plans for up to 300 participants, available as individual subscriptions.
Canva Pro: Premium design templates and tools, available as individual subscriptions.
Billing Cycles: Monthly or Annually.
Purchase Types:
Individual: Single-user subscription at full base price.
Partnership: Shared subscription for TradingView, FX Replay, Netflix, and YouTube Premium, where the cost is split (50% of base price per partner).
Bulk: Multiple subscriptions purchased together (minimum quantity: 2), priced as base price multiplied by quantity, available for all services.
Subscription Types: New or Renewal (for Individual plans only, using prior credentials if applicable).
Payment Methods: Bank Transfer or Cryptocurrency (USDT).
All prices are in USD. Our partnership model for select services allows users to co-sponsor subscriptions, making premium tools more accessible. Features and content are provided by respective service providers (e.g., TradingView, Netflix), not Splitly.
2. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent if under 18.
Provide accurate registration and payment information.
Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
3. Subscription and Payment Terms
3.1 Plan Selection and Pricing
Plans for each service (e.g., TradingView’s Essential, Plus, Premium; Netflix Premium; Spotify Premium) have base prices in USD per month, as set by the respective provider and facilitated by us.
Annual billing is the monthly base price multiplied by 12.
Bulk purchases are the base price times the quantity (minimum 2).
Partnership purchases (for TradingView, FX Replay, Netflix, YouTube Premium) divide the base price by 2 per partner.
3.2 Payment Process
Payments are accepted via Bank Transfer or USDT.
Bank Transfers require sending funds to our provided account and uploading proof of payment.
USDT payments must be sent to our specified crypto address in the exact USD amount.
A transaction reference (e.g., bank reference or TXID) is mandatory for validation.
3.3 Order Validation
Submit payment proof (screenshot) and transaction reference via our platform after payment.
Orders are processed and validated only after we verify payment details.
We may reject orders if payment proof is missing, incomplete, or suspected to be fraudulent.
3.4 Renewals
Individual subscriptions (e.g., Spotify, Zoom, Canva Pro) can be renewed using credentials from a prior completed order or manually provided old credentials.
Partnership and Bulk subscriptions must be purchased anew; renewals are not applicable.
3.5 No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once payment is made, whether for Individual, Partnership, or Bulk purchases, except where required by applicable law.
If an order is pending validation, you may withdraw it before processing, but no refunds will be issued for payments already submitted.
Ensure all details (service, plan, billing cycle, purchase type) are correct before payment, as no adjustments or refunds are available post-purchase.
4. User Responsibilities
Accurate Information: Provide truthful details for account setup and payment.
Payment Accuracy: Ensure payments are sent to the correct bank account or crypto address as provided by us.
Account Security: Protect your account credentials and report unauthorized access immediately.
Permitted Use: Use the Services only for personal or agreed partnership purposes; resale or unauthorized transfer is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is" with no warranties.
We are not liable for:
Losses from incorrect payment details or unverified orders.
Delays due to incomplete payment submissions.
Losses from use of third-party tools (e.g., trading losses).
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your current subscription, where applicable by law.
8. Termination
We may terminate your access if you:
Breach these Terms.
Submit fraudulent payments.
Fail to validate payment within a reasonable time.
Termination ends your access; no refunds will be provided for prepaid amounts.
9. Privacy Policy
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein.
10. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms, effective upon posting on our website.
Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
Major updates will be communicated via email or site notification.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Splitly is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction if negotiation fails.
